On March 11, the Clever Kids Foundation and area families joined award-winning author Richie Frieman at his book launch for “Maddy & Cole: The Food Truck Grand Prix (Vol:1)” at the Painted Palette in Mt. Washington. Richie signed books for his young audience and announced that 10% of his proceeds will support The Children’s Cancer Foundation, Inc. (CCF).
The families of the young artists collected books for CCF and presented them to Tasha Museles, CCF Executive Director. The books will be distributed to kids battling cancer at local partner hospitals.
CCF is grateful to Richie for his generosity, to the families who attended the book launch, and to the Painted Palette for hosting a wonderful launch.
