On June 18, 2024, at Whiskey Creek Golf Course, Saval Foodservice raised $25,000 at its 20th Annual Golf Tournament benefiting The Children’s Cancer Foundation, Inc. (CCF). Over 130 golfers participated in this year’s tournament, which raises funds through the generous support of many local sponsors.

Saval Foodservice has loyally supported CCF since 2003, raising over $400,000 since its first golf tournament. Such a longstanding partnership has helped further CCF in its mission to advance treatments and cures for pediatric cancers. Paul, Jeff and Brian Saval continue this family tradition and with Saval’s support, CCF invests in vital local research and programs ensuring better treatments and cures are available for all pediatric cancer patients.

CCF is grateful to the entire Saval team for their loyal and generous commitment to our mission. Their support means that vital cancer research continues. Researchers currently funded by CCF can be found here.

CCF is grateful to Alisha Bartels, who shared her family’s journey with golfers. Alisha, Jay and Olivia Bartels lost their son (and brother) John Eric to a neuroblastoma 16 years ago. John Eric’s 18th birthday is June 18, 2024, which was quite meaningful to be celebrated today.
