The Children’s Cancer Foundation, Inc. extends its sincere gratitude to Maryland NECA’s Board of Directors and Executive Director, and CCF Board Member, William Yull for hosting the 9th Annual Maryland NECA Golf Classic on Monday, May 18.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the event’s sponsors and participants, more than $60,000 was raised for The Children’s Cancer Foundation, directly supporting advances in treatments and cures for pediatric cancer. Since the inception of Maryland NECA’s golf tournament, the association has raised more than $480,000 on behalf of CCF. The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is the country’s largest association of electrical contractors and serves as the voice of the $270 billion electrical construction industry responsible for lighting, power, and communication systems in buildings across the United States.
A total of 128 golfers enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at Hunt Valley Country Club in Phoenix, Maryland. CCF also extends its appreciation to the Maryland NECA volunteers for their outstanding efforts in making the tournament a tremendous success.
