Our volunteers, who share their time and talents, have been instrumental in making it possible for CCF to award our grants to area pediatric cancer researchers, facilities, and programs since 1983. Our small staff could not do it alone!

We’re always looking for people with various backgrounds and skill levels. The CCF staff can help you identify a volunteer opportunity that’s right for you. Presently, CCF does not have the capacity to offer internships or in-office volunteer work. If this changes, it will appear below.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteer at an Event

Our annual gala relies on dedicated volunteers including acquiring auction items, set up, registration and silent auction assistance. The Research Symposium or Children’s Holiday party occasionally needs a few volunteers. In most cases, high school students can earn service hours.

Advocate through Social Media

Have an active social media presence? Or just post to your friends and family on Facebook? Either way, sharing our posts on your social media platform can be a huge boost in raising awareness – a key step in generating funds for pediatric cancer research. Make your own posts – a personal connection is most powerful – but even using some statistics can achieve this goal. Please reach out if you are thinking of a more ambitious social media endeavor.
