Executive Committee Officers

Jerry_HighRes2Chair, Dr. Jerrold C. Chadwick, Jr.
Dr. Jerrold C. Chadwick, Jr. has been a CCF Board Member since 1997 and formerly served as Vice-President with Former President and Founder, Shirley Howard, and as President after her passing in 2013. He currently runs a sales and marketing agency and consulting services firm called Fresh Solutions LLC. He earned his BA degree from Colby College in 1977 and holds an MBA and Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), where he is an adjunct professor of marketing in the MBA program. Dr. Chadwick lives  in Ellicott City, MD.

pic_LindleyKBucciVice-Chair, Lindley K. Bucci
Lindley Bucci has been a CCF Board member and active fundraiser for the Foundation since 1999. She is a 1986 graduate of Loyola University in Baltimore and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism. Lindley currently works for Radio One. Prior to her work with Radio One, Lindley worked for CBS Radio and Marketing Group in Baltimore. Lindley lives in Davidsonville, MD with her husband, Vince, and has three boys, Matthew, Michael and Ben.

TerryMcGowanSecretary, Terence McGowan
Terry has been a CCF Board member since 2012. Terry has served as the Director of Quality Assurance with Giant Food since 2011 and has 25 years of retail food experience. He received his BS in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in 1989. Terry and his family currently reside in Odenton, MD.

Daniel J. Kenney is an audit partner in CohnReznick’s Baltimore office. He has over 25 years of experience working with not-for-profits, government entities, financial institutions, state housing finance agencies and employee benefit plans. Dan is a 1987 graduate of Towson State University where he earned a BS in Business and Accounting. He and wife Marcelle live in Crofton, MD.

Paul SchwabLegal Counsel, Paul Schwab, Esq.
Paul Schwab joined CCF’s Board in 2016. He graduated from Lawrence University (1979) and Duke University School of Law (1982). Paul is a partner in the Towson law firm of Azrael, Franz, Schwab, Lipowitz & Solter, LLC and heads its estate planning and trust department. He represents clients in business and real estate matters and assists families in wealth preservation and planning. Paul is active in numerous business and charitable organizations.

With over 25 years of not-for-profit experience, Tasha serves as CCF’s President. A Boston native, Tasha earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison followed by her Masters of Public Administration from the George Washington University.
