about the gala

Annually, the CCF Gala unites researchers, patients, survivors, donors and volunteers who come together to advance our mission. Together, on this special evening, we recognize those who share our voice, our goals and our purpose.

A Gala Sponsorship form will be available soon.

Evening’s honorees

Fighter Award – Keystone Electric

Established in 1918, Keystone is a manufacturer and rebuilder of electric motors as well as a fabricator of various parts for the industry from power plants to oil refineries serving the east coast from Maine to Florida.

Hero Award – Grace Callwood, Survivor and Founder, We Cancerve Movement

At just 19, Grace has a list of accomplishments that far exceeds most older adults. Grace and her family’s relationship with CCF began in 2011 when she was seven and was being treated for leukemia at Sinai. In 2012, she founded We Cancerve Movement, a nonprofit organization with a youth-run board of directors in order to bring happiness to homeless, sick and foster youth in the region and overseas. She continues as Chair to this day, and is Executive Director of its recently launched TV show, “On the Move with We Cancerve.”
